What's included in every session
One price covers all of it, with nothing added on:
- Colon hydrotherapy (a colonic). The heart of your visit. A gentle, guided process that uses warm, filtered water to support your body's natural elimination, always private and at your pace.
- Infrared sauna. A warming, relaxing sauna before your session, so you arrive already unwound.
- Orion red light therapy. Soothing red and infrared light to ease you into your visit.
- BioMat. A warm, amethyst-layered mat you rest on during your session for gentle, even heat.
Optional enhancements
If you would like to add to your session, ask us about our optional coffee enema, pre and probiotic enema, and chlorophyll enhancements.

What is included in a session at The Body Benefit?

How is this different from a basic colonic?
A basic colonic is just the colon hydrotherapy. Here, that same session also includes sauna, red light, and BioMat, in a private, unhurried, roughly two-hour visit, for one all-inclusive price.
How long does a visit take?
Plan for about two hours. You start with roughly an hour of infrared sauna and red light therapy, then about an hour for the colon hydrotherapy itself.
How much does it cost?
A single session is $250 and includes everything above. The Parasite Cleanse Protocol, three sessions plus a 10-day supplement kit, is $785.
