With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, Suzette has been dedicated to serving the public since 1997. Her passion for healthcare was inspired by her early experiences as a young mother and the influence of her grandmother, who was also a nurse. Over the years, she worked in various hospitals, spending 17 years as an ICU nurse before discovering her love for surgical nursing. In her late thirties, Suzette was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and later developed Hashimoto’s thyroid disease, another autoimmune condition. For over a decade, she struggled to manage her health and felt defeated, even as a healthcare professional. She began to accept the poor state of her health as inevitable, despite her extensive medical background. In early 2023, a mutual friend of Suzette’s mother and Theresa Grecco, the owner of The Body Benefit, suggested that Suzette explore an open nursing position at the clinic. Initially, Suzette was hesitant, especially after learning that the role involved colon hydrotherapy, a field she had never considered. However, after a second nudge from the same friend six months later, she decided to meet with Theresa. During their conversation, Suzette began to see the potential benefits of colon hydrotherapy for her autoimmune conditions. After shadowing a session and undergoing two treatments herself, she experienced a breakthrough. Encouraged by these results and through prayerful reflection, she pursued certification in colon hydrotherapy in Arizona, embarking on a transformative new career path. Today, Suzette has experienced significant improvements in her health, including substantial weight loss, and feels more vibrant than she has in years. She credits this life-changing journey to divine guidance and is deeply grateful for the opportunity to assist others in their wellness journeys.
